Every year we work with media departments across local schools & colleges to give students real-world work experience, that they can use for coursework units & to build their portfolio. From this we usually add a select few students to our regular freelance pool, where we offer regular freelance jobs across broadcast opportunities in both Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
but we do expect an eagerness to learn, discover and help. When you come out with us, you become one of us. We’ll try and get you as hands-on as possible from day one, as there truly is no way to learn this job but to just do it.
Although you might not see the desire in live broadcast, we really urge you to give it a shot – even once – as the excitement and serotonin of being able to say you were a part of something that targets the size of audience we cater to, really makes you proud and appreciate just how unique this line of work is.

We’re a Derry based outdoor broadcast company covering, primarily, sports across the UK & Ireland. We work consistently with Tier 1 broadcasters – like BBC, TG4, DAZN and plenty more – providing a high-quality solution for live event coverage to global audiences. We pride ourselves on the ability to maintain an exceptional product whilst working within our clients’ strict budget requirements. We developed our own outdoor broadcast trailer in 2023, which enabled us to scale our operations to cover more events with even better quality. Currently, we on average do projects that are viewed across the world on all seven continents with high positive feedback from viewers.
We started out as a bunch of college students who enjoyed working in this sector of work, and never got the opportunity to appreciate just how good it was until we took on clients – which is hard to do in this industry without a portfolio. We wanted to pass this backwards to future industry superstars and give students the opportunities to come out for a broadcast or two to get a feel for how these events work in the real world, with real audiences and real clients – no mock work at all… We’ve found this a real success and have since brought on several crew who work with us on every single event, all discovered through our work experience program.
